Morine Shakes has been a vital part of the Summit team for over twenty-two years. As Senior Staff Accountant her responsibilities include critical accounting and financial reporting duties at all Summit properties.

Contributing to her many years of industry experience, Morine also served in other distinct roles with Summit including Site Manager. Even further broadening out her overall industry experience and understanding of affordable housing, Morine worked with the Orlando Housing Authority in Florida prior to joining Summit.

A proud graduate of Hunter College (City University of New York), Morine holds a BS degree in Accounting.
